Welcome to Outer Moorings!

# “Outer Moorings” is set near the centre of the lovely little fishing village of Gorran Haven, near Mevagissey in Cornwall. A four minute stroll brings you to the beach and the beautiful seafront that makes Gorran Haven such a special place.

The bungalow has two bedrooms: one large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a second bedroom with two single beds.

# There is a lounge with settee and two armchairs, fireplace and a colour television with DVD player. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, and a toilet.

We have a large kitchen/dining room. You will find the kitchen thoroughly equipped, along with a washing machine and fridge freezer. The is also an entrance lobby, a hallway, and small utility room. The bungalow is set in its own garden and has a garage, so that there is no difficulty with parking.

There is also an outside patio area with garden chairs and table within the landscaped garden.

# As it is self-catering accommodation you simply need to bring your own towels and bed linen, including covers for the duvets which are supplied.

# Pets are welcome to stay with you, provided you ensure that all hairs are vacuumed up at the end of your stay.

The is an electric meter that takes £1 coins, but all the central heating and hot water is provided as part of the rental cost.

# The property is open all year round and costs begin at £250/week, rising to £475/week at the height of the season.
